I always buy a big box of clementine oranges this time of year because I see them at the grocery store. My kids (and hubby) only get excited for the first clementines and the rest sit uneaten. So I was looking at these sad "unloved" little clementines and decided to make a Valentine's drink out of them. I will provide 2 adult (alcohol) versions and one kid friendly version. Hope all the clementines in the world get some Valentine love. Cheers!
Ingredients Alcohol Version 1:
4-5 clementines peeled and juiced (makes about 4 oz of juice)
2 oz vodka (or more if you want it stronger)
Ingredients Alcohol Version 2:
4-5 clementines peeled and juiced (makes about 4 oz of juice)
8oz prosecco or champagne (or more if you want it stronger)
Ingredients Non-Alcohol Version (Kid-Friendly):
4-5 clementines peeled and juiced (makes about 4 oz of juice)
