Ingredients:
2lb of lean pork loin cubed in 1 inch cubes

Marinade:
1/4 cup up to 1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup up to 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbs of Garam Masala Powder
2 Tbs of grated ginger/garlic paste or 1 of each separately
1-2 Tbs of honey
black pepper to taste
Directions:



Yogurt Mint sauce:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 small handful of minted chopped
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
juice of half a lime or full lime if it's not too juicy
salt to taste
Stir well and allow to chill for a few minutes before serving.
