Ingredients:
2-3 lbs of fingerling potatoes boiled until fork tender
1 large onion sliced (or 2-3 medium sized onions)
10-20 curry leaves
2-3 green chilies (serrano/jalapeno) sliced
1 cinnamon stick (1 inch long)
1-2 Tbs of red chili flakes (or to taste)
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1-2 tsp of red chili powder (or to taste)
Salt to taste
2-3 Tbs of canola oil
Directions:
Wash potatoes well and boil until fork tender. Drain potatoes
